rp355, X-Edit and NetUpdater problem

  What version is the firmware on your RP355?
  What Operating System are you using?
  Did you download Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 (x86)?
  
  Sometimes, I have to shut off my securities to run a download, from a site I trust.
  I may check my Explorer to see that it is current with all securities updates,
  and that I don't have some security lockout going on.
