Mic routing/presets
Hi, it has been many years since I have been here.
I have recently purchased my first microphone ( an AKG Perception 420) and I understand the basic mic routing but what what I would like to know is if you
can use the X-edit to switch between dry and effects within a preset. In other words, lets say I have a particular preset and at some point I want to run the
vocals through it as well and then switch back to the separate signals. Is this possible or is it only one or the other. Dry-Mic + Gtr-FX or Mic-FX + Gtr-FX?
The old video tutorials, manual, and power users guide do not have the audio set up included in the X-edit.
This question is only about running out through the line outs or xlr outs. You can only use the usb with the gnx4 drivers which I do not use since I use the Focusrite
Scarlett 8i6 as my audio interface for recording.
Also, I am not referencing the talker effect. That is completely different from what I am talking about.
Thanks.
