I was sitting around playing with my new sound card and this song entered my head for some reason. The chorus came first then I had to write the rest. I thought it was funny, some might not. It is part Prophetic, part symbolic and all truth. I just sat down with my guitar and a mike and hit record, so there are a few bumps along the way.

This was recorded using my Blond Strat, a noisy DAC 2000 C Port, and Sonar 11. The DSP 2000 has a defective 44 pin cable new from the factory so it crackled in the beginning for a second. Then it behaved. It's just what it is. Me and my guitar.

It was one of those songs that came almost as fast as my typing finger could type. But it covers a lot of territory lyric wise.

I thought I was all alone here again. Things sure are slow on the musician forums these days. Generally the Trolls are the ones doing most of the posting on the Internet these days.

Ya, sorry about that... it was just me .... so far!! But I always liked/admire you finger work.. If I was an eighth as good as you I'd be happy... I'm not a solo act though, my stage mate Aurther Ritus .. makes it such a pain... sigh ... but I keep trying even if he insist on tagging along

I understand. I have Rheumatoid, septic, Osteoarthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis (Right off the top of my head) and several other debilitating forms of that crap since I was in my early 20's. Did you know that there are over 100 types of that crap? Or so I have observed posted on medical sites.

Weather changes drive me nuts. Everything hurts. I can't get out of my recliner on the first attempt sometimes. Mornings are the worst for me. have to push my fingers against the mattress to close them some mornings. Then I work each hand into a fist and lay on both of them for a while. After that I can open and close them without assistance.

You may wish to thy this. Aleve. It kills the really bad pain. Sometimes I can play as if I do not have any, other than re adjusting my picking angle because of some slight twisting in the fingers. But that is a slow process. Give Aleve a try some day when it bothers you a lot. That stuff works for me.

My body is not treating me well in these latter years, but then again I didn't treat it very well in my younger years. What goes around truly does come around.

Ayup! I use it here n there.. Try not to if I can help it. Don't need ulcers or loss of the ole Liver...

Aleve = over the counter Naproxen...... But it does work!
