GNX4 string buzzing - power supply?

Hi All,

Never had a problem with my GNX4 until a few weeks ago when my strings started buzzing each time I touch them regardless of which guitar I use, all humbuckers btw. It can sometimes sound like a swooshing noise depending on the amp setting. I've tried everything from moving rooms, different power amp, done the factory reset etc but befroe I bring it away to have it serviced I'm wondering if it might be the power supply. Any thoughts?

Check your ground setting - it's a hard switch in the back. Also, have you tried a different guitar? Same guitar directly to an amp? Could be the guitar or one of the pickups.
