RP 500 update stuck at 81%

I decided to update my RP 500 firmware and it is stucked at 81 % now. I can't use my pedal anymore. if I switch it off and turn it on again it is still in update mode. if anyone has idea what i should suppose to do to use my pedal again please help me! it is shame that using official update software i turned my pedal to useless piece of s##t.

Follow the factory reset procedure outlined on page 27 of the manual. If that succeeds, try the update again. You also need to be connected to the Internet when running NetUpdater.

it's not working bro it's still in update mode so pressing any button is not making any difference.

Did you unplug, hold STORE, and plug it back in while still holding it?

I would say call tech support, there might be another backdoor solution.

Did you manage to get it fixed?? I'm having the exact same problem. The update stops at 81% and then the pedal is unusable... Did you fix it man?

Well I contacted Digitech support...and they helped right away They sent me a new update via e-mail...and it worked perfectly!! THANK YOOOOU!!
