First gig...here we go.

Looks like we're doing a showcase gig on Thurs Nov 11th @ 8PM at Strokers Dallas.

Anyone in the area...come on out and hang with us for a bit.

For me it'll be the first time on stage in 18 years, so I'm really looking forward to it. Spent 9 out of the last 13 months trying to put together a band worth it's salt, and the last 4 with two great guitarists building this thing from the ground up. Went through a couple of drummers before we found the right one, then our lead guitarist decided to step away from the vocal duty so we brought in a full time singer.

4 months of work about to start paying off. I'm pretty stoked about it.

How did the gig go? I know it's a lot of work getting a band together and up on stage. Hope you were successful.

That's nice you were able to get going again. I am retired now but remember my 1st gig 52 years ago as if it were yesterday. I joke and say the band on before us was so bad the crowd booed all through our act. ha ha
I used to take quite a while to chill after a gig.
