Sorry, I meant to say, the PEDAL part of the whole machine does not work, the rest works fine. So we cannot anymore control things like the Wah etc.
It is under warranty still, but I was hoping it might have been some software glitch that we could perhaps fix with a \"reset to factory settings\" if such an option existed.
Hey I can help I had the exact same problem with my RP500! The pedal did not work at all!! And guess what I discovered that AFTER you use the Net updater. You need to set the sensitivity of the expression pedal. In other words after you run net updater your expression pedal will NOT WORK. Unless you set the sensitivity! Its a piece of cake. Read the instructions that was the mistake that I made.
And don't forget to do the pedal calibration. Also, make sure that a range is specified in your presets. And don't forget to have Anne Hathaway call me. 8)
