RP500 Power Adapter

Hope you are all well and happy - Been a while since I posted but I regularly pop in for a read! This year I've had my RP500 and Rivera Headmaster footswitch set up in a custom made road case which has been a superb setup for me. Even though this case is heavy duty, the weakest link is the power lead to the RP. I've gone through a few of these adapters this year just from the cable core breaking, usually from being stood on or kicked accidently etc. So I'm wondering is there such a thing out there as a long heavy duty power cable for the RPs or would I need to get one made up by someone?
