RP355 volume output

I have bought a RP355, it's my first multi-effects processor. Problem: the volume output is very weak. I tried several different types of headphones with master level at 99, but I can get any sound . Is there any separate output volume control or anything else I missed...
I have tried with my amp, headphone… no sound.
Very disappointing...

For starters, make sure you have the correct power supply unit. It should be 9VAC (not a DC supply) and rated at 1.3 A

Thanks, that's done. I have downgrade re-upgrade. I have a very weak signal with mode \"drum\" and nothing whith guitare. I have two pedal and no problem with.
