playing David Gilmours tone on whammy pedal

Hi

I have the Whammy pedal Version 4.
I really liked the whammy effect used by David Gilmour on the tracks \"The Blue\" and \"Marooned\".
Can anyone suggest how to get the same natural tonal effect through this pedal?
