EQ curves for RP350
Hi all,
I am a professional harmonica player. I use the Digitech RP350 and RP200 as my onstage and recording rigs, and I'm delighted to report that audiences, musicians, and producers generally love the sound of these devices when applied to harmonica. (You can hear a number of my pieces that use the RP200 for harmonica at http://taxi.com/rhunter. I recommend \"Paris Boogie\" and \"In The Night\" in particular.) I have developed multiple sets of patches for these devices explicitly for use by harmonica players. The patch sets are optimized for particular microphones, e.g. Audix Fireball V, Shure 545 SD, Astatic JT30VC.
Different mics have very different frequency responses, and a considerable amount of my time developing patches is spent matching the mic to the EQ. I've developed a useful general EQ setup for the Fireball V mic using the Mid Boost EQ curve in the RP350. I'd like to explore the other EQ curves for other mics I'm developing patch sets for.
It would save me lots of time if somebody could tell me what the center frequencies and Q factors are for the various bands (low, mid, treble, presence) in the RP350. Does anybody have that information to share?
Thanks, lightninrick
