I need help figuring out how to make my recording software recognize my RP150. My computer recognizes the RP but the program doesn't. What do I do?

Well, I'm not entirely sure what you mean by that. I did use a the NetUpdater program to update my footpedal, although I'm sure that's not what you mean.
