Question: It is possible to connect stompbox to GNX3 guitar

Is it possible to connect a stompbox to the Guitar in jack on the GNX3 :?: .
Of course I don't mean \"physically\" but technically and sonically. For example the input might be overdriven?. I would like to connect a tube zipper for example. Anybody has experience with this?

Sure, but watch the gain of the preamp model and also note that any front end effect is going to alter gain, level and eq (if the stomp has a tone control).

is there any possibility of getting noise free distortion or over drive amp tones without using the noise gate? because i stll get the hum while i am playing...the hum stops when i stop playing. so what do i do to help that? or is that something that can be helped at all?
