using gnx4 protracks plus
<div style="displaynone">fiogf49gjkf0d</div>I have had my gnx for while but I finnaly got around to loading the software on my computer. someting is not right. I am not sure what I am doing wron. can I only use the software while the gnx4 is plugged in through the usb. and some how the drivers are not loaded correctly. I followed the directions. but now when I open up protracks the drives are gone?

I think there's a setting in the \"tools\" menu (or is it \"options\"??) that allows you to set various outputs. Check there and make sure your settings are right.
And in WIN itself, make sure you've chosen the right input/output choices in the Sound section of Control Panel.

PC sys XP or Vista
Are you using the GNX as the sound card or audio interface?
Do you have background services running in WIN? Antivirus, Messengers and other things can halt resources since audio recording programs are very hungry programs.
So you meet the sys requirements and beyond?
Do you have the appropriate drivers for USB support installed.
Open protracks, go to OPTIONS Tab> Audio Options and set the drivers to :
Digitech USB 1-2, and Digitech USB 3-4
If those drivers are not recognized you can try to reinstall them or in many cases more have had luck with asio4all drivers. www.asio4all.com
