Build-a-switch NEED PARTS

OK guyz...I'm looking to build a 2-button switch for my Peavey Special. Standard issue; channel select and reverb off/on. Two on/off SPST button switches, a slant-front metal enclosure, 2 conductor + ground cable and a TRS plug. Same as any ol' switch you'd get with a Fender or any other amp/head.
Can any of you guys tell me where I might pick up this stuff, most particularly the box/enclosure?

Oh yeah - the stuff should be cheep...if I wanted to spend 30-40 bux building one, I'd just buy one off ebay...

Checkout http://www.tedweber.com/ The speaker manufacturer. They sell all that stuff check out the menu running down the left side. You could just find a replacement on FleaBay.

I went to the 'bay, but haven't found a replacement for less than 40 bux. Back in the day I useta build these things out of 10 bux worth of parts. Even with prices gone up, I'd like to build one for less than 40...all I really wanna do is turn my reverb on n off. I can change \"channels\" with my GNX...
