This guy is called Brett Garsed and he's from Oz yeah, yeah I know I'm patriotic but somebody's gotta be!

Garsed would have to be one of my favourite players for a long time. He plays some pretty different stuff but he's got awsome technique and comes up with some fresh ideas - good to listen to when you're sick of hearing the same shredding from 50 different guitarists. PLUS he plays an ESP Custom Shop kinda similiar to mine (mines tobacco burst with a wham) so for me that counts for something :roll:

Man that was awsome!! Very well done. I enjoyed that alot! Thanks for sharing BBoo! Deffinetly cool style. Torwards the end after he took the slide off just some very impressive fluid playing! He was deffinetly in to it & feeling it. You could certainly tell that! Makes all the difference in the world he was just letting it flow 8)

Yeah Partch he has some fluid playing alright. He actually uses his middle and ring fingers alot when he's playing this quick stuff and I can't quite figure out how he gets the attack from his fingers so close and precise to his pick attack. Because he uses these fingers he's able to pull off some pretty strange runs up and down the neck. Maybe someone like Tal who loves his jazz/fusion could understand this better. I use pick and fingers too but I can't get that sort of precision......
