I'm guessing it's a way of keeping the site running faster or something, but 80 pixels and 12kb as mazimums? I can't fin anything that small!

Anyway, I just wanted to know, does anyone know a specific site or something where I can get a small avatar?

Just save the .jpg down to that size. That is what I did with the Cross I use. You don't have to find something that small. Just open & save down in size & upload that image you want.
