Easy download this patch:

You can then open it in X-Edit and see how they did it.

In the whammy/IPS section (not the modulation), you can use the PITCH for effect type, and then choose 1 semitone down.

You might get better sounding results with the WHAMMY effect type, but you'd have to find the exact position and setting, which I find kinda tough to get exact.
