  • Dug it. Loved the acoustic sound and the progression was excellent. gotta learn that.
If you have just the acoustic git'r track, MP3 it and send it to me, I'd like to build on it.
  • SWEET!! 8) I liked that alot :D Man that was a big file though. You may want to concider MP3 conversion to post at digitech site? A matter a fact I'm suprised you were able to post almost a 10meg file? I thought there size limits below that? What for guitar and patch did you use? I bet my new Strat would sound great playing this! 8) if I coulsd play this  Nah it does not sound that tough. Cool post man! 8)
  • Whoah, that was a big file. Great playing on this JK. Loved the Acoustic tone and chord progression, very nice backing to the lead playing. It sounded a bit like Satch's Flying in a Blue Dream. really liked the melodies in this. Great post Bro. :)
  • Sorry about the big file. The computer geek that I'm not--didn't realize that MP3 file would be musch smaller. I will get it changed.

Thanks for all the great comments it is appreciated.

Shredd, I will get the acoustic file to ya, but then you'll hear all the imperfecions, oh well, we're all family here..right?

Partch, I used my Les Paul on ryhthm pick-up and used Acoustic patch on my GNX4. Lead I used Les Paul on lead pick-up and EVH patch with stompbox. I think your strat would sound good on acoustic patch--use front pick-up would be my suggestion.

Axe, thanks for the Satriani comment, thats a huge compliment to me.

    Thanks for the listen.

Don't sweat it - if I picked over all the flaws in my posts I'd spend a LOT more time in the studio, and I'd probably never post anything. Then 'blooz wouldn't have anyone to harangue.
I really liked both the sound and the progression. So put it into an MP3 and PM me for an email address you can send it to. If it really does sound horrible, I'll learn it and re-record it, but I'm willing to bet your track sounds great.
  • changed song to MP3. Thanks for the heads up on that. I am becoming more of a computer geek everyday.

    Peace everybody!! :)
  • Judaskiss, That was nice! I liked it 8) I can see all kinds of possibilities for this! Hope you keep working it. wtg Good job!
  • Thanks Rawb, yes acually the original--before I lost it in computer crash--had a little keyboards, bass and underlying rhythm help. I am going to work some more into it. I will keep ya posted--no pun intended. Thanks
