Help please!
I have had my GNX3 for a while now and used it for gigging very successfully and a while ago recorded a couple of songs using just guitar and mike (Shure SM58).
At the weekend I had some time free and decided to go one better and try and record using more than one track. For some reason I cannot get the mike to work. It has no battery or switch so don't think it can be that. The cable seems sound and the connections good either end. I have turned up the mike level, but the voice will not come through the headphones when either playing or recording - only the guitar. Is there something simple I am not doing or is there a more fundamental problem?
All suggestions gratefully received!

If you've had the thing awhile you know that the GNX has pretty complicated settings available for audio and recording/signal routing. Check through these. I seem to recall that the recording/signal routing settings, and the Source you're using for recording, have an impact on what tracks arm when and how and so on.
And if that doesn't work, try dancing at midnight to the \"Macarena\" while wearing a college Tshirt and coconut ti+s.
Shredd, be nice gosh-darn it.
