I was going to post this a while back, but never got around to it. With the song byrds nashville history it just reminded me.

Several weeks ago some country music awards happened. Did anyone see any of it? My ole lady had it on and I seen some of it. Out of all the people I saw perform, I only saw two fenders! (electrically speaking) Paisley and his Tele, and a backing guitar with a strat. Everyone else had LP's , SG's and even saw some Fire Birds.

Does CM not favor fenders anymore?

yeah, when I think of country music I picture Tele's and Strats. But that title, \"nu-country\" got my attention. I could imagine it now; stomp groove beats, staccato stop and start rhythms, and twangy guitars and vocals
