Fade out

Sorry to put this here, but there doesn't appear to be a section for the Digitech Jamman Looper/Sampler.
Has any one had a problem wiith this device fading out over about 10 seconds. Disconnecting the instrument input and reconnecting usually brings it back.

no, I can't say that I have seen any. Have you checked the supply is valid and working?

How long does it run once you re -connect inserts?
Did you email Digitech support?

If the input signal fades until it is plugged back in, have it serviced by an authorized Digitech Service center, as it can be repaired.
