Digitech JamMan Looper, 'df' error

New member, was having problems with 'df' error when attempting to over dub on my new 2gig CF. First track was always fine, overdub would work for a few seconds then give a 'df' error. After googling for a while, I tried reformatting in the JamMan, no difference, reformatted on a laptop, no difference. So I used the laptop to format the CF to FAT32. Then the JamMan had to reformat to FAT16, and so far since then, I have't had a 'df' error even with multiple overdubs. The initial JamMan format only took a few seconds so I guess it wasn't a full format. The last format took nearly a minute or more which makes e feel it has formatted fully. (ps this issue didn't occur on a spare 128M CF I had lying around). (pps why isn't there a JamMan Looper Heading in the forum ? )

    It sounds like that particular card you are using is bung. Not all cards are made as well as others and consequentially some do not work very well or break entirely.
