    it's the gnx3k not the gnx4. i used it for drums bass and guitar

    Awsome dude, youve got crazily good timing all through that, like a damn machine! I like the really clean accurate sound all through it. You gotta re make this sometime with more presence and some spread delay or some reverb to really light all the lead stuff on fire, I bet it would sound rediculous like ragged blades of sound slicing up through your cerebral cortex! And Id really like to hear it .

    also take a listen to that song \"Give them Cairo\" its beautiful.

    the first ten bands from the internet poll will play live, and the 3winners from the live concert will get money, and the opportunity to record free some songs in a decent studio.

    the other song that i really like from the contest is wanderlust's, and they only have about 100 votes man

    Cool, and I know I was surprised at the vote statistics too, couple really good songs dont have hardly any votes.

    And hey if you like that Wanderlust song you ought to listen to a song called \"Moby-Landing\". Granted its a completely different type of music but I think they have a little of the same vibe to them.

    yeah man basically is a public relations competition. the more friends you have the more votes you get. almost no one sits and listens to all the songs and decides which one likes most and vote for it

    Yeah and another thing, I noticed it lets you vote more than once if you go back to the page later. So some ppl might be taking advantage of that as well. I voted once for your song and once for that Cairo song. Oh and thanks alot :) I listened to your song the other day and it got stuck in my head for the entire time I was at work. :lol: thats a good sign though I guess.

    the administrators can see the ip address and they say that they will disqualify the band if they see many votes with the same ip address. people took advantage of that at the start of the voting and the votings were reseted and an email was sent to all the participants that the admins found many votes with the same ip etc... (if you want to vote many times just refresh your ip address... just kidding!)

    What did you put on your vocals??

    What did you use for recording software?

    I don't have great vocals, but can carry a tune. Just looking for something to help my vocals a bit.

    oops :oops: Its a good thing i didn't vote earlier. I have two computer IP addresses, so I'll vote now and then when I get home on personal IP.

    Oh yes, it did sound great. Soooo smoothe on going up and down the frets. I'm with Partch on that, I wish I could sound that smooth.

    Like Tony2tones says what timing.

    It has that Satriani/Vai feel to it. Very nice.
