Thanks for the listen. This was not a backing track. I did this with a Lexicon Lambda interface, Sonar 7PE with the Z3TA soft synth, Session Drummer 2, my old Guild SD60S, Akia keyboard to trigger soft synth, and you guessed it GNX3

Yeh! You noticed I am mic shy. I am tying to get past that as some guys that I get together with and do the garage jam thing have been proding me. It has helped some though. I saved long and hard to come up with the software (not cheep) and a good interface to record with. And it all started with my beloved GNX3. Best toy I think I ever bought. So now I have months to try to figure out this software some, but when this came out of just trying to learn I was to excited and needed to post for my online friends.

Nice tune and congratulations on the Sonar purchase. Do you use the Jonas Templates? If not, do a search on the cakewalk forums for Jonas. He has some basic eq and track busing that helped me a whole lot. Also the z3ta synth is really a great synth.

Well, I made it back over from Cakewalk. Great jam, but I listened to this on Acid or Cakewalk forum I think. I like the guitar effects and the whole vibe of the song. Really nice guitar work. Keep it going my friend. John

I had not been in the GNX3 member music pages for a while, but when I viewed them tonight I found that you folks have put my remake of slow down to number 21 and I thank all who took thime to vote. Also my song Floyd Sound-N, you have voted I think to like 17 or something like that.I from the bottom of my heart say thank you to all of you that took time to even listen, yet alone vote. This post is for you as I say thank you! I will in the next few weeks go ahead and make a complete song of slow down. I feel all of you deserve it. Thank so very much!
