check the patch database. Look for a Marshall sound as a start. Some have also simplified by using a small amt of Reverb, Clean Tube amp model and Sparkledrive distortion. You can also enable the phaser for part of it. Set the speed slow and the mix level low. Guitar pickups can really change the feel of that solo.
What I do is in Stompbox mode, I go to exp assign page of the editor and assign pickup sim with the phaser. In this method, you get two different guitar solo sounds for the transition of one guitar type (Sing Coil) to the (HB) style. Works pretty good !
Where the guitars double up at the end and harmonize, I tried the pitch, IPS etc and it's not as good imo as just having two parts harmonized. It's up to you, but you can try adding IPS at the end. just don't set the mix too wet or it's loaded with artifacts.
