Just watching a Youtube vid of one of my all-time favorites and I noticed (at 4:12), the lead guitarist actually uses an ebow! I could never get the hang of mine so gave it away. Now I want another!

I have thought about getting one , or maybe getting a Fernandes guitar with the sustainer pickup

Kramer also has a sustainiac model that's awesome. I kick myself for not picking one up when MusicYo.com had them on sale.

This unit is AC powered and literally vibrates the gutar neck. It is very cumbersome, but is more intense than any other product of this type.
I have a model 2 E-Bow with the added switch for the harmonic. The first series, (the black one), is more powerful than the newer models, but harder to find.
