X-Edit And The BSOD (blue screen of death)

I just recently purchased the GNX3000. I installed X-Edit on XP SP2 and got it to work....so I thought. However, the machine periodically kept getting the \"blue screen of death\" even when X-Edit wasn't active. I removed the X-Edit program on the XP desktop and it cleared things up.

Last night I installed the new X-Edit 2.3 version on a different PC running Vista. When I start X-Edit, it immediately brings the \"blue screen of death\" and the OS auto reboots the system. Is anyone else experiencing this or know a workaround?

Thanks for the tip. It ultimately led me to the root cause. I had tried to install 1.3 on Vista before I knew it wasn't Vista ready. Once I un-installed the drivers from 1.3 and re-installed 2.3 everything worked OK.
