Finally got the new guitar
:roll: Well after looking for a long time, and playing several guitars, I put a new Washburn, HB-35 in lay-away today.
Zach, at the Music Store, in Garland, Texas, offered a very fair deal, so I took the plunge.

Shredd, I also have come into possesion of little Tascam 4 channel cassette recorder. So I guess I am going to start tinkering around on that to get a feel for this recording thing.

Good for you pickin' up the little 4-track...you'll find it rather limited, but on the other hand a very good intro to the concepts of multi-track recording, without dealing w/all the complicated workings of the typical modern digi-corder. Once' you've grasped the fundementals, you'll be ready to move up to something heftier. Here's a pic of my new baby (and my new Tascam 2488, as well
