computer no longer playing thru gnx

stupid question, but its been so long i forgot what to do. my computer no longer plays music through the gnx when i have the gnx turned on. under control panel i cant find any option for digitech or gnx or anything. what do i do again?

    It has something to do with being sure your soundcard is selected as the GNX, and not your internal sound card. Look in the windows control panel.

    in the control panel there is no option to select the gnx as the soundcard. do i have to re-install some drivers or something?

    Reminds me of a TRUE story: a pal o' mine was working as an IT dept for a bank that had several execs working out of the building in home offices, networked to the bank. This is back when networking and VPN's were fairly new.
    He gets a call from a woman who was PhD'd, a VP of the bank, who asked \"is everything OK down there?\". He says, sure, why, and she says, \"I thought maybe you had a fire. There's smoke coming out of the back of my computer\". :roll:
