Any RP10 users/troubleshooters here?

I love my RP10, despite it's age. But it crashed and I can't figure out how to reboot it to it's original settings. I've got a manual but it doesn't tell me how to hard-boot it. Anyone know how? It's inoperable now. Won't play a freaking thing. Thanks in advance. I've searched the internet but don't see any info on this RP10 or this matter.

To hard reset do the following.
Hold the 'Name' button down then apply power. After the * appears in the upper left corner of the LCD release the 'Name' button then press the program 'Up' button.

I kjnow how ya feel. I have a RP3 that I just LOVE, and despite the fact I haven't even plugged it in since I got my GNX - almost 3 years - I refuse to part with it. I wish i could keep a girlfriend that long.
