I have seen a GNX4 for sale at a very god price, but some of the knobs are missing. Is it possible to get replacements (and spare parts in general) from Digitech?
I doubt it. If the knobs are missing that means that it has undergone quite a bit of rough treatment - it may reflect the internal condition of the unit. I reckon you should steer clear of that unit.
I had to get new top laminate some years ago for a GNX2 ( Teh plastic piece that has the over to the LED's and has teh matrix/layout of parameters.) They were pretty prompt and good to deal with.....
As I said, something that has had impact damage is most likely damaged on in the inside from that impact as well. If you cannot get spare parts easily, forget it as it will become a massive headache trying to organise an import etc.
I'm with 'hoot. A GNX is a pretty complex piece o' gear, and if it's been beat up, there's gonna be something that doesn't work that will surely pees you off. Proceed w/great caution.

The link for the factory outlet is pretty cool, but is only for USA customers. And it doesn't work in Mozilla Firefox!
I just tried again, and it works just fine now for me also. I have a newer version of Firefox now, so maybe that's all it was.
