:o :shock: OMG!! the freekin stars have alighned and hell has frozen over...I think I am actually getting 4 guys to show up at the same time for a JAMMATHON! 8)

its not about covers and the dance floor bieng filled. The word original music will not send everyone running for the door. Its about what you got inside your head that you wanted to get out to breath in the rockn roll light of day! ya is gonna be groovey :!:

    :D Hey things went great...ok except Gregs Keyboard amp that we were gonna use died in transit to the practise :roll: but after some tweekin we all got a halfway decient live mix and jammed for almost 4 hrs.
    Playing with a drummer changes alot around in your overall sound so it was great to be able to improvise and use some dynamics. Drum machines are brutal when it comes to improvising LOL!
    Anyhow we enjoyed ourselves so much we are gonna do it again in a couple of weeks. :twisted:

    Sounds awesome, good fun for all. I live in a pretty small town, and even though there's lots of musicians, the bulk is either old guys that're into really dreary music (or some tangent like bluegrass, etc) or really young guys who want to do meth and bang their heads against a brick wall. So where do we aging rockers fall??? Into solitary jamming. I'm glad you got a cool jam together, gives the rest of us hope!
