problem opening preset

Please tell me how to corrct the following error

The <version> tag from namespace http://www.digitech.com is not expected.

this comes when i try to open a downloaded preset in X-Edit.

Which patch, and which version of X-Edit? There have been some reports of these problems, but theoretically X-Edit 1.3 should open any patch.
