GNX1 button problems

I've had my GNX1 for less than a year but it's already starting to mess up. when I press the \"UP\" button to choose banks when saving it doesnt work...what do you guys think I can do on my end to fix it??? BTW I got it as second hand and it doesnt include the warranty.
