Hello all, was wondering if anyone might have a Roy Buchanan patch. As an old timer I go back a long ways to listening and trying to play like the maestro that Buchanan was. I don't think I have ever heard anyone else play a Tele the way he did. I am using my strat with a Tele patch I downloaded and then playing with that to try and get his sound. I actually had forgotten about his sound which I have been looking for and didn't realize until the wife and I were watching the movie The Departed and at then end over the closing credits who is it but Roy Buchanan playing Sweet Dreams. I realised then I want that sound.
So anyone have any patch like it to give that sweep affect he does? I just can't seem to get the mix right with the sweep effect.

    BTW, this is actually for DrMike and philflood who were a great help at Christmas when I was trying to create the steel patch used by CSNY. Since then I have been using the peddle as volume and the tele patch with the sweep or trying to ..... When I saw the movie that is when I realised that the Buchanan sound is what I want. So sorry philflood and DrMike about not responding after boxing day but better late than never....lol
    When I get home from the office I will upload the modified tele patch that I have, that is within the next couple of days.
