Do you have any predictions...or a favorite?

I've been missing most of this year's Idol. I've seen parts and especially like that they added Mentoring.
I saw some of Diana Ross. (one of my all time fav's)
Tonight Martina McBride is performing...I hope I can see that. I missed Jennifer Lopez, Tony Bennett, and Gwen Stefani. :cry: (and any others?)

They sure do find some great singers, and are an extremely successful show if they can pay Ryan Seacrest 12 million a year. :shock:
Carrie Underwood just won 3-categories at the 2007 CMT Music Awards! :D

    Other than Tony Bennett, you didn't miss anything at all. The funny part was how Jennifer and Gwen think they are talented singers.

    The influence Jacktard Stern has over his listeners combined with that \"vote for the worst\" website is making the show into a farce that I have no interest in watching.

    They need to revamp the rules a bit, and allow each judge a single \"trump\" vote once they reach the top 24 where America starts voting. At any time any one of the judges can play that trump and overrule America's vote, sending the person with the second lowest votes home, or picking someone else entirely to send home (haven't got that part worked out completely yet =).

    Anyways...I really only watched to see what Jordin, Melinda, and Blake do. No one else impressed me that much, though Phil Stacey did an outstanding job last night.

    Don't believe the hype. Howard Stern only has a fraction of the listener base he had before his move to Satellite radio. He has zero impact on the voting. Start looking towards all the people that are following that sign \"Vote for my people.\" How many of his people are voting for him....after seeing that he had the 4th highest vote count, my guess is most.

    Well...I got to see the show tonight. Martina McBride was great. :D
    Sanjaya was voted out....so my faith in America was restored.
    All the people that I saw some time back who I felt had talent...are all still there. I also saw all the cute, or pretty faces, or hotties are all gone.
    Lots of big name talent coming to the show next week. I think this is a great move on the shows part, over previous years. There is a couple hopefuls in my opinion for another American Idol star. I'd like to hear Jordin sing again. From what I hear, she is the most likely to win, and getting better all along. Not bad for 17 years old. Phil is still hanging in there. The other singer I like is Melinda. Glad to see she is still in the competition.
