Pro Tracks plus 2.2 Tutorial #1 problem

I can't hear all the tracks on the tutorial#1 sample track. I only hear the percussion tracks. (drums, shaker and the triangle) I went tto tutorial #5 and have the same problem. I also can't record my project. Nothing going through. Can someone please give me some advice? Thanks in advance

that's because the other tracks are midi tracks, the GNX4 will only play midi drums. but doesn't have an internal synth to play the other midi instruments. If you want to hear them set the ouput of the midi tracks to your computer soundcards midi synth.
