B-52 AT Quads.
Hi all, I haven't contributed for a little while so I hope you're all well.
I recently brought home a B-52 AT412A Quad to put it through its paces - the one with the 4 x 120w B-52 speakers (480watt = freakin loud!!). I ran it with the GNX3k and Crate PB and I was extremely impressed with the sound I was getting. Seemed to be extremely versatile. I normally use a 5150 quad and I have to say this B-52 puts it to shame!! I also compared it to a friends Marshall and Recto quad and the B-52 more than held its own - it literally blew the Marshall out of the water. B-52 is relatively new here in Oz so I'm wondering if anyone out there in Digitech land has had much experience with these quads. Are they reliable? Does the Tolex covering peel off after 6 months? etc, etc.
Any words of advice or stories greatly appreciated.
BBoo.
