Soundclip of Seymour Duncan Hotrails Bridge Pickup
Hi Guys:
Just installed Hotrails in Bridge of a std squire strat 2005 model with the large 70's headstock (that I am a huge fan of), I also removed the two string trees from Headstock and filled and stained the holes.
Here is a clip of bridge pickup setting only. I can highly recommend the SD Hotrails pickup for bridge of strat. I used the \"Greaser\" setting on RP250 for that big 80's ballad sound.
I did not go to town mixing and I had the Noise Gate set too high on RP250 that it was killing the notes a bit...so take it for what it is...
I will have a better cover posted this weekend that truly shows off my newly modded Squire Strat.

That new pick-up sounds like it has a lot of bite. I wish I could hear it unprocessed to get an idea of its real tone. Have fun.
I will get a clip like that this weekend mate...good idea!!
