Flash memory settlement
December 21, 2006. A little 2 late but has flash memory been a prob .I was thinking about upgrading from the gnx3 to 4 for recording capabilities.
The deadline for making claims in the Flash Memory Class Action Settlement was December 20, 2006.

You purchased a Flash Memory Device in the United States between February 1, 2000 and February 7, 2006.
Your Flash Memory Device was manufactured, branded or sold by SanDisk, Lexar Media, PNY Technologies, Inc., Fujifilm or Kodak.
You were the original purchaser and your purchase was for your own personal use and not for business use.
If you meet the conditions above, and you timely fill out a claim form, you can receive a settlement benefit. At your option, you can receive a refund of 5% of the price you paid for each Flash Memory Device or a discount of 10% off a new Flash Memory Device. Refunds are available only for purchases on or before January 1, 2005, and only if you have a receipt. To file a claim click here.
