how to remain logged in?

A few times now I've spent 20 minutes or more carefully constructing the best forum reply post ever only to hit submit and find out I've been logged off and all is lost. I've looked in profile and don't see anything I can change there. thanks

    One thing I've made a habit of doing, is on long posting periods, I'll highlight, click on Edit, and copy. This saves my work...your post is save to copy...as long as you don't shut your computer off....or copy something else over it.

    When you want your work back, just right click your mouse, and click on paste. It won't matter what has happened in the interim.
