Backing tracks with guitar removed?

is there anywhere to get backing tracks for songs with the guitar channel removed??? i found guitarbt.com....but their downloads are EXTREMELY slow... :evil: ...any help would be appreciated...

Yeah, I noticed that guitarbt.com was extremely slow lately. And I know slow because I am on a dial-up account at home.

Here is a list of sites I have used in the past for backing tracks. I make no promise that they still work....

I hope others will add/update this list. Most of my favorite guitar tab sites have been shut down. I don't know if backing track sites are being shut down, but I suspect someone is trying to kill them too. I also used to go to mysongbook.com to find songs to load into Guitar Pro 5, but the site is closed. Anyway, usually I do a google search now for the particular backing track I am looking for at the moment. If you find some good sites, let us know. Good luck.

thanks man...i'll try those...i knew ultimate-guitar.com had tabs...but i didn't know that they had backing tracks...i use that one for mostly all my tabs... or allpowertabs if u have the PowerTAB editor...i like it alot because u can play the tab and hear it audibly...kinda like sheet music...anyway thanks for the references and i'll post any other ones i find...
