I have seen some chat about usb and midi but I am unsure about something. Do you have to have a midi card on your computer to use certain features or functions, or does the usb port replace the need for the midi?
If you're trying to access your GNX drums, the usb is fine. You can use PTP to control the midi drums. Just remember that drums are default to Channel 10.
Hi there! I'm having a lot of trouble trying to find a way to program drum tracks in Pro Tracks. Is it possible to create your own drum patterns and sequences using Pro Tracks and the Midi drums from the GNX3000? The manual and help is totally useless.
