Lexicon/Pantheon...Computer will not read.

I went to install the Lexicon/Pantheon Cd that came with the rest of the CDs and my computer will not read the disk.
Do I have a defective disk?

Create a PTP project ie hands free track, etc
Be sure to click any area of the track once recorded to select the region you wish to use any of the plugin's.
You can also choose Edit, Select all for now..
Once you have the track highlighted (it will shade) go to the next step
Processes> Audio Effects> If your track is selected, Lexicon pantheon should be available. If you do not have a region of a track selected, all the processes for audio will remain gray and unusable.
