Heavy patches
Hi, I'm a new member, just posted a couple of patches for the gnx3000. Most of them are for metal/hardrock, made them by warping amps together to get interesting sounds. Any kind of feedback would be cool or if you've any opinions on how the patchs could be improved would be really appreciated!

If you post a short 20 sec clip along with the patch that might help.
Personally I don't download patches unless I've heard a sample.
Point taken though, I'll put up some clips with the next patches I post!
second, I couldn't care less about samples as it takes 2 seconds to download and try a patch and it will not sound the same on my gear as yours anyway.
third unfortunately I can only get one to work as the rest have an error in the header. If you click on the link instead of \"save as\" you'll see what I mean.
If you get them fixed I'll be sure to have a go.
Thanks,
Gary
Ofcourse it will sound different, but at least you get an idea.
I think most people prefer to hear a sample of the tones uploaded.
Just so they don't waste time downloading crap.

I had/nor have no wish to offend but felt it should be pointed out that some of us are happy to download a patch without said clip.
Gary
Fair enough.
I'm not looking for trouble either.
But alot of the patches are crap.
I'm not saying this fellows patches are crap btw.
You don't have to download it or listen to the whole sample, you will pretty much know from the first few notes whether you like the patch or
not.
I used to have dial up aswell and it was 56k.
I don't usually download patches but if I listen to a sample I can give some feedback to the creator 8)
Better than nothing.
Thanks for the advice anyway!
It's just that when you click on the link direct the window usually changes to the .xml view which shows all the settings, just with yours it states there is a fault. The bizarre thing is one of them does work???
Sorry for the confusion, but again thanks for your contribution..
Yours,
Gary
