which Multi-effects pedal ?

Hi all , im new to guitar playing but what im looking for is a multi effects pedal preferably with a built in drum machine .Any suggestions of which model would suit my needs ?....price isnt really the governing factor im more concerned with buying something i may outgrow and rue buying .

If price isn't a factor then get a GNX4 it has the drum machine and effect
you are looking for and you can also do so many more things with it.

I seriously doubt you will regret buying the GNX4!! It has been a God send to me to grow!! It's great out of the box for practice, recording, playing live, whatever your needs are this thing can help you geter done!! it's awsome!! I'm sooooooooo glad I bought the GNX4 when I was looking at processors!!

I'm with those guys. I had a GNX 3, figuring the '4 wasn't worth the extra 2 biils. I was wrong - I have the '4 now, and it's a stellar peice o' gear. They'll pry it outta my cold dead hands. Unless of course, they come out with a GNX5 that'll do all the same stuff, AND tell me how great I sound.

If the drum machine is important, then the gnx4 is definately the go. The gnx4 has a MIDI drum machine that is bloody realistic, and has several different \"kits\" - rock, metal, power, jazz, blues, dance etc. Being MIDI it means that you can program it by writing your own MIDI files.

Thanks everyone , it looks like the GNX4 is the pedal for me ive just been and looked at the tech specs etc and once ive stopped drooling ill go see my friendly local music shop .
No doubt ill be back when i realise i dont know how to work it !!

Whatever you do, have a good read of the manual - it covers a lot of valuable ground!
