I wasn't knocking the other features, I'm just trying to point out that it would be nice if the tuner worked a bit better,
I can tune my guitar in about 10 seconds with my little Korg pocket tuner and feel confident that its in tune.
But the GNX 3000...oh dear :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:
I play on a tight stage, I usually have to tune the other guitars, I use light strings and I play in a sub tropical climate. The air-conditioning and humidity stuff everything up, so a decent tuner is very important to me.
I love the GNX, but if I was mr digitech, the tuner would be one area that I would be wanting to improve, and it seems that this poll agrees
I created this poll to validate or invalidate my own opinion about the gnx3000. The general idea from the replies seems that the gnx3000 tuner need some improvement.
it's seems that the Digitech Firmware developer did not get the right tuning algorithme yet!!! it's not bad but far from prefect.
and if they review the firmware tuner code, the result will be a better tuner for all of us. that's it. it's not like this awesome hardware is not upgradeable. It is, so let's orient the Dev team to the weak spot of this hardware.
Polls are a constructive way to know if our personal issue are real problem and to let it know to the digitech crew. We are at the 1.0 version of this hardware firmware. i would like to see the release note of the version 1.1 telling us that the tuner has been optimized, among other things
