I'm thinking about getting the GNXFC for my 3k i can get it for about 115.00 also there is an epiphone les paul studio gothic series that i can get for 250.00 but i would have to buy a case
115 in what currency? If USD, that's way too much for something so simple. I'm guessing you realize that the GNXFC is only useful for hands-free recording functions. If not, you've just been informed.
Ah! I use mine with the B-Control, since it allows outboard devices! This way I can use it for CC changes and any other types of MIDI messages. Unfortunately only one switch (it's a TS analog input), but a more spiffy control surface could probably accomodate.
I really like having a GNXFC, since I use mine mostly at home for recording and playing with loops, etc. It was US$40, so bear that in mind...try musiciansfriend.com
I got mine for 5 bucks at a Music store inventory clearance. I never use it frankly with my 3K... I use my keyboard controller for most of my DAW interface functions... ( Acid Pro...)

Yes....only the Elitist series guitars come with a case. Your case would cost either 60-90 bucks, depending on which one you choose for it.
This is a very good price for this guitar. MF is asking $300.
I hope our friend Mr. Atkins is able to do that, because anyone who would charge $115 ($100 US) for something that sells @ $30 in the US should be black-listed
By the way, I have the footswitch, and find it very useful to be able to control the drum machine and recording functions hands free at the same time 8)
Atkins,
What about Ebay?? You could probably find something on there that would take PayPal, or Money Order?? There are all kind of bargins to be had on Ebay. Just a thought??
I got them both on eBay, I got an ok deal on the 12 string, but I got the 6 string for a Song (a powerful, thumping metal song). Look around there...its worth it.

I agree with Partch. Ebay has a learning curve and requires time and effort to find a truly \"great deal\"... but if's worth it.
Remember the \"twins\":
