My song update-recorded on GNX better quality and w/Drums
This is an update of the song i posted before which was a video on you tube. This time there is drums and you can hear the harmonies well.
The drums aren't the best as its the second drum track i have made.I used PC Drummer to the drums.Don't laugh at my attempt at a double kick rhythm

I put the track on my smartmedia card and recorded straight onto the GNX.Unfortunately it would not be that practical to do full songs recording onto the gnx and my computer is shared so its not possilbe to use it to record
This is not the full song, the full one has a solo, bridge e.t.c
Obivoulsy when I do it with RF the switches between the drum patterns will be alot smoother.

Nice!!! It does sound so much better now!! And the drums great job I think you did awsome for never doing that before!! How did you create the patern again?? what program?? anyhow I liked it!!! Hey keep your eyes peeled for an Original from me here sometime in the future. It's just a rough idea right now. it's called Abide In Me. Also I will try to do some more Church stuff with hevier tones and styles.

i Used a program called PC Drummer for the drums.I created all the patterns myself apart from the one after the intro.

Sure you can ...Just think about what the this song remindes you of musically think of words that discibe it like \"powerful or the sudden rush\" of notes during the rythm...whatever just write down all those words pick out a tittle from them then maybe write about a feeling you get while playing the music ...you'll see you'll be a Steve Harris in no time.
I'm going to have to get one of those.

sounds cool, I have always used FL studio for the drums, but the double pedal section you did sounded awesome, never been able to get it to sound quite like that. good work.
What patch did you use for the guitaring
To do the double kick rhythm i just put a loud kick drum then a quiter one then a loud one then quiet one e.c.t then just put a snare in their to keep me in time.
Thanks Wickerman i am going to give the double pedal idea a go. Makes sense. Got me thinking last night in how i could improve a couple of songs which i am currently recording.
I'll go hunting for the patch.
